We have a great deal of experience in graphical sites which are also quick and easy to use. We work with a variety of designers and design companies and are familiar with their approach to web sites. Many web design companies present design routes to their clients in the
form of static images of mocked-up pages. This format allows clients to make
decisions on brand, style and aesthetics but there other considerations
too; the images may not describe reasonable web pages.
Visual and graphic design can help or hinder more than brand and style. They can be used or misused in conveying content, context, landmarks and site navigation. In addition, the design might feature large photos that take too long to download when applied to a web page, or that depend on the page being contained in a single table which affects display time.
