Demo: Background tile used with bgcolor

This is a test page that uses body bgcolor together with a background tile. It demonstrates what someone will see:

1. while they wait for the background tile to download,
2. if the background colour has been set in CSS only and their browser doesn't recognise CSS (or it's been disabled), or
3. if they have turned images off (perhaps to speed up browsing).

Redisplay this page with its background tile.

The page has a background tile which is mostly blue; in the foreground are transparent anti-aliased graphics intended to be shown on dark backgrounds.

Because the page first filled with the main blue of the page using bgcolor; even though the background tile doesn't download immediately, the text and transparent graphics are still legible.
